After a nightmare with a leaky wall and another contractor who didn’t fix the leak after multiple tries we hired Joe and this team to replace the windows and stucco. They coordinated all of the work together and did a great job working together. We’ve had a few major storms this year, and so far no leak!
Joe and his crew installed two sets of panoramic doors for us. Joe’s team came over to give us an estimate for a new HVAC system as well as a new water heater that were each 20 years old. They explained to us the advances in energy efficiency for these products over the last several years as well as the fabulous SMUD rebates that were available for approved systems. His team came on time, were very professional, hard working, and cleaned up after each work day.
My home was in desperate need of a facelift. When I contacted Joe he was quick to respond and was out to do an estimate within 48 hours.
